Device Will Not Wake Up

The TyreWiz is not able to be found via the TyreWiz app and is not flashing any LED.

Remove the battery by rotating the notched lid 20* counter clock-wise. DO NOT use tools to remove the lid. Once the lid is rotated, it is able to be lifted away from the TyreWiz body. Remove the battery from the lid by tapping it into the palm of your hand.

With the battery removed, you will see 4 battery contacts in the lid: 3 small contacts grouped together and 1 large contact opposite the group of 3. Using your finger or a small flat head screwdriver, gently bend the single large contact away from lid. After adjusting the large contact, perform a reboot by connecting the positive and negative contacts in the TyreWiz body.


Install a new CR1632 battery into the TyreWiz (positive side into the lid) and re-install the lid onto the TyreWiz body. Rotate the lid 20* clockwise to lock it back in place.
